Apply Form Default Properties

The Apply Form Default Properties feature allows you to apply customized default properties to a Windows form, either automatically when the form is created or later. Some properties you may want to apply defaults to are the StartPosition, the MaximizeBox, the MinimizeBox, and so on.

The default properties are specified in the Corporate Options window, Form Default Properties section.

MZ-Tools offers the following ways to apply default properties to a form:

• The MZ-Tools | Apply Default Properties menu.
• The Apply Default Properties button on the MZ-Tools toolbar.
• The Apply Default Properties context menu of a form.
• The keyboard shortcut associated with the MZTools6_VSXXXX.ApplyDefaultProperties command.
• Automatically when you create the form (you may be asked for confirmation).

Remarks:

• Smart Device projects are not supported by this feature.
