Remove Files (.lib and .exp) When Closing Project

The Remove Files (.lib and .exp) When Closing Project feature allows you to remove automatically or asking you previously (as configured in the Options window, General tab) the Export file (.exp) and Import Library file (.lib) that are created in a Visual Basic project directory when you compile a component project. These files are actually Visual C++ files and you will not need them. Their purpose is explained in greater detail in the Visual C++ Help files.

Remarks:

• This feature is not available in the VBA version of MZ-Tools.
• The files are removed when closing the project, not after making the component.
